The eXperience Programme is a training and career development programme from Real Hotels Group designed for young talents who want to start or accelerate their professional career in hospitality. Unlike a traditional internship, the programme offers a practical and immersive experience, focusing on the employee experience, team integration, contact with real roles in different areas, and mentoring throughout the programme.
The difference between the profiles is related to the candidates' level of training and career stage:
• Beginners: young people who have recently graduated from technical and vocational courses equivalent to 12th grade
• Graduates: recent graduates or recent masters in areas such as Management and Hospitality, Tourism, Management and Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and IT, etc.
• Top Leaders: young graduates and/or masters in the areas of Management and Economics, with the ambition to develop a leadership career in the hospitality sector.
Eligibility requirements vary according to the level of the programme and are linked to the candidates' academic or technical-professional qualifications, as well as their interest in pursuing a career in the hotel industry.
The programme stands out for its talent-focused approach, its strong practical component, its integration into real work contexts in different areas, its close monitoring through mentoring and, in the case of the Top Leaders level, its direct contact with executive leadership and strategic projects.
Participants are expected to have a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, a spirit of collaboration and a commitment to developing their skills, actively contributing to the teams and the customer experience.
Participants may be based at the various hotels and corporate services of the Real Hotels Group, located throughout the country.

The programme is remunerated at all levels. The eXperience Beginners programme lasts 4 months, while the eXperience Graduates programme lasts 6 months and the eXperience Top Leaders programme lasts 12 months, all with a paid employment contract.
Accommodation is available in the Algarve, subject to availability.
Yes, it is possible to do an internship as part of the eXperience Programme, with two options available:
1. Do your curricular internship and then start the eXperience Programme.
2. Do your curricular internship as part of the eXperience Programme.
The eXperience Programme was designed as a starting point for career development at Real Hotels Group, promoting integration, professional growth and the preparation of future professionals and leaders in the hotel sector. After completing the programme, there may be a real possibility of integration into the Group's workforce in various areas.
Participants receive support throughout the programme, including mentoring from internal specialists and, in the case of the Top Leaders level, executive mentoring and direct contact with Executive Sponsors.
The programme includes several areas depending on the level, including operational roles (Reception, Restaurant/Bar, Kitchen, etc.).
